Each room has its own washbasin<\/li>

To make it pleasant for everyone, we have the following house rules:<\/h3>\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n<\/div>
Smoking in the building, out of the window and in the bathroom is not allowed. A violation of this rule will cost you \u20ac250. Together with the fire brigade, we always pay extra attention to this. You will be removed from the building if you do smoke.<\/li>
Use of drugs or other narcotics is not allowed in the building<\/li>
If you are drunk, stoned or show behaviour indicating the use of narcotics, you will be refused entry. You will lose your reservation money and deposit.<\/li>
Pets are not allowed. A violation of this rule will cost you \u20ac 250,-.<\/li>
The hostel can ask you to pay a cash deposit of \u20ac 50 when checking in. You get it back, when you leave everything properly.<\/li>
Minors are only admitted under parental authority<\/li>
You are expected to behave neatly and not produce noise.<\/li>
To see that everybody can sleep, you are quiet after 22:00 hrs. Do not slam with the doors.<\/li>
Loud music is not allowed. Use your earpods or headphone.<\/li>
You don't touch other people's things<\/li>
If something breaks, please report it to us by email or telephone.<\/li>
When you leave it very dirty or we have to do extra cleaning, you will be charged the extra costs.<\/li>
If you break something purposely, you will have to pay for that. If not, we will report you to the police<\/li>
You are obliged to leave your address and telephone number when you make the booking. If this is not correct, you will not get access to the building.<\/li>
Everybody's (night) rest is respected so behave and be quiet during the night.<\/li>
Parties, festivals etc are not allowed<\/li>
Additional visits must be registered in advance at the hostel by email<\/li>
We have video cameras which we monitor 24 hours per day in order to ensure safety of our guests.<\/li>
You clean up your waste yourself and put it in the appropriate bins.<\/li>
The showers and toilets must be left behind properly after use.<\/li>
Please let us know by email or telephone when there are any defects, imperfections or complaints.<\/li>
If the house rules are broken, we will take immediate action.\u00a0 If necessary, extra costs will be charged and in the worst case the police will be called.<\/li><\/ul><\/div>
